I have had nothing but a headache since moving in here. My apartment was broken into in the middle of the day. My front door kicked in by thugs and had numerous items stolen. Not necessarily the problem of the management company however it has been over a month and my front door us still broken. They promised me today it would be fixed and no phone call....nothing. They also waited until several other apartments were broken into before issuing a warning to the residents. That is just negligent. Outside of that...my dishwasher stayed broke for over a month before they finally replaced it. My master bathroom toliet has been broken for two weeks now...supposedly waiting for one they ordered!?! My dryer broke over the weekend so I'm already expecting that will be at least a month before that's fixed. The people in the office are nice...but this stuff is just too much to deal with. It's like a part time job just following up with them. I cannot wait until my lease is over.
