    Elsa, I’m not showing you as a resident of Mason. Maintenance issues do happen but that doesn’t sound like our maintenance team here at Mason. Anyone parked on the property between 8pm-8am must be registered with Parkm. Unregistered vehicles are subject to tow. Thank you, Team Mason

                          Hi Jill, We appreciate you choosing IMT Alameda as your home, and are sorry you are not completely satisfied. I want to thank you for meeting with me in person to discuss your concerns. I apologize I was not able to accommodate your request for vacating a month early with no fees. We have a flexible lease that includes a clause for early termination. The early termination does require a written notice to vacate and a buyout fee. The day you reported that you were seeing pests in your apartment; our third party pest control service has been in your apartment every week checking for activity. I understand having any pest in your apartment is a nuisance and can be frustrating. The methods that our pest control service use are effective but can take time to completely eradicate the issue. I did offer you a transfer to another apartment as well as an apartment clean. I understand the transfer was not an option as you are in the process of purchasing a new home. As with any apartment home that has shares walls, a certain level of noise is to be expected. Our team is always upfront with every potential renter about the possibility of any noise they can expect to hear in our community. The garage doors and other electronic controlled items are susceptible to malfunction. We are always diligent about restoring these items in a timely manner with our appropriate vendor. We do provide valet trash service for all our residents. Trash is picked up Sun-Thurs and must be put out from the hours of 6-8 p.m. If you notice a neighbor who is in violation, please report it to the office. Our open parking is outside of the community for visitors and we are conveniently located walking distance from the light rail. In most urban dense areas, parking can tend to be sparse or costly. We guarantee one free parking space per bedroom for all of our residents. If you would like to discuss any items further in person, please feel free to reach out to me directly.                             Hello, I want to thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience in our community. I appreciate you meeting with me in person to discuss your concerns and I understand your reason for vacating. I apologize I was not able to lower your monthly rent. We conduct weekly market surveys to ensure we are in line with surrounding comparable communities, but I did provide an alternative- a transfer was offered to a smaller apartment at a lower rate. In regards to your previous issue with your neighbor and noise, the disturbances were taken very seriously by the office and we did take the appropriate actions required. The request for your fridge was placed on 7/1/17, the fridge had been completely frozen and needed to be defrosted. The next service request place was placed on 7/29/17, and at that time your fridge was replaced. We compensated you with a $75 gift card to Safeway. IMT Alameda Station does employ waste point valet trash service. Trash is picked up Sunday-Thursday and to be put out between the hours of 6:00-8:00 p.m. If you ever notice a neighbor who is in violation, you can report this issue to the office and we will be happy to address with your neighbor. IMT is very resident focused and embraces our motto "putting you first." We do absorb all common area electricity and gas costs. The hallways are heated at no expense to the resident as well as a year-round hot tub and pool. We are also a LEED Gold community, which means energy savings for all residents on their individual utility costs. A complimentary parking spot is included per bedroom at our community. Our parking garage is five stories high and there is always plenty of parking. I do not see any maintenance requests for your warped floors in our system.                                   Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy to hear that your experience with maintenance has been wonderful, but wish that your full experience with us was a positive one. While we do provide an electronically controlled garage and community, as with any electronic device there is a possibility for malfunction. While the garage doors did have needed maintenance, we can assure you that the repairs were addressed with prompt attention. Please understand we worked closely with the Denver Police Department in any instances of criminal activity. While we cannot share how these concerns are addressed, we do take action and assist in any way we can. IMT Alameda Station offers free garage parking with each apartment. We have a permit only parking garage that is monitored on a regular basis. In order to ensure that there is parking for the residents who need it, unauthorized (or inoperable) vehicles are removed by an independent, 3rd party towing company. The vehicles that are towed from the facility are only those in violation of the parking policy. While lack of a permit is the most common violation, there are other violations that can result in a vehicle being towed. For any violation other than an unauthorized vehicle, warning notices are issued prior to the vehicle being removed. I truly hope that we can improve your opinion of the community.                                               Hi Paul, Thank you for your residency at IMT Alameda Station as well as your feedback. Unfortunately, we are not in control when a power outage occurs, so we encourage our residents to notify Xcel Energy directly anytime there is an outage. Our team at IMT Alameda Station ensures that every resident gets the opportunity to review the terms of the lease prior to their move in day. In the lease documents, we provide you with the option of paying a buy-out fee as a courtesy to the resident so that they are not held to the entire lease term if they need to leave early. We are also a pet friendly community and our maintenance team works diligently to ensure that dog waste is not left on the sidewalk. However, should you notice a pet owner not picking up after their pet, please either speak up, or inform us at the leasing office so that we can address the resident directly. Our residents also enjoy the benefit of having free garage parking in exchange for keeping a parking permit in their vehicles. This allows our residents to have adequate parking and prevents non-residents from using this amenity. Our residents also appreciate the fact that we do not share personal information about what vehicle belongs to who with an outside towing company. We are always evaluating the parking and looking into ways that we can further benefit our residents by possibly offering additional parking spaces at a minimal cost. If our elevators malfunction, a service technician is immediately notified and it becomes our priority. The other benefit of our community is that our buildings are controlled access and prevent non-residents from accessing the main building. Our residents also enjoy having the ability of bringing 2 guests to any of the amenities. The pool area is monitored after hours and shuts down at 10pm. At this time, the TV is also off as it is on a timer and cannot be turned back on until 10am when the pool opens. Brandi
