Don't move here. Bed bugs, roaches, constant water leaks. The pest problems are so excessive that the maintenance team leaves pest spray in the hallways behind the fire extinguishers. It took them 8 days to come check for bed bugs and then a guy in the office argued with me about how recent my work order was. I had to call and request a new air filter 4 weeks ago. Then had to request that they come back and clean out what looked like years' worth of dust from the unit itself. Still didn't get anything cleaned. Also it had been so long since the filter was replaced that someone had painted over the air vent. It had to be ripped off to even replace the filter. I requested a replacement for the outer ven due to the half inch of dust but that still hasn't come in , supposedly due to COVID. The water has been cut off 5 times this month alone. When the water is working, there is never any hot water. The owners are more worried about their high end properties, instead of the slum property that is literally RIGHT NEXT to their corporate office. The (completely insufficient) dilapidated parking lot and the buildings are in utter disarray. The carpets throughout all buildings are disgusting and the paint is peeling everywhere you look. The buildings should all be scraped and rebuilt. If you're considering moving here, request that they pay you to inhabit this place. The maintenance team and some of the office workers have good intentions, but if your owners and property manager won't put any money back into the place then it doesn't matter how good your front line workers are.
