Unfortunately, we've lived at Montair Apartments for 5 years. Due to financial hardship, we stay instead of move. We live on the bottom floor, and our apartment has flooded multiple times because we have bottleneck plumbing, where everything above us goes through one drain. They've exchanged management 3 times since we've been here, and every time they lose all documentation of any written requests about the apartment. With the newest acquisition, we now can no longer pay our rent online (as MANDATED by our lease), and have to either put our rent in an insecure dropbox, or hand it in person with no reciept. Did I mention that if something happens to the dropbox, you are still liable for your rent? We've had property stolen from our balcony (bikes, tools, etc), and there is too little parking. Every night you will be struggling to find a parking spot. Back when we made online payments, the system was buggy and overcharged us multiple times, and it was always a pain and a half to get that sorted out. Charges didn't add up, they'd charge you multiple months at once, and then charge you a late fee if you didn't pay the full 2 months rent sometimes (you only have the option of paying the entire amount or nothing). Don't come here and make the same mistake as us.
