The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Unfortunately vehicle break ins have increased in the entire Denver Metro area and we have been in contact with the Denver Police Department who advised us that sending out emails to our residents to make them aware was the best course of action. Additionally, Denver Water was doing some major repairs that caused water to be turned off and we had to comply with their requests. They have since finished their project and you should not experience any further water interruptions. Sarah, as discussed on the phone we are sorry to hear about the break ins to your vehicle. As we shared with you, we have been advised by the Denver Police Department that there has been increased vehicle break ins throughout the Denver Metro area and we did send out an email on January 4th, 2021 advising our residents of this information and also preventative tips. Our Courtesy Patrol company is also aware of the information that the Denver Police Department has shared and they are doing in depth patrols of the property.
