Awesome community so far! We have only lived here for a few days but the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean upon move in, although it had some minor issues that needed to be attended to. The community seems great!

Dear Resident, Please understand that we review all monthly charges with residents prior to move-in in order to ensure transparency. The Valet Living doorstep service was implemented to help keep our community clean and as a preventative pest control measure. Our community receptacles are also necessary for larger items, such as when residents are moving out. We will continue to review our snow removal procedures to ensure better service in the future, but please do not hesitate to reach out to our Resident Services office or record a maintenance request through the TAVA Waters app if you would like to report any areas needing immediate attention in the future. We enjoy living here minus the lack of maintenance support/urgency. The complex is nice and well maintained. We like it here. The gym is well set up and we use it regularly. We also really enjoy the pools.

Very small ones yes. Though they are dated, and open with no doors. So ours constantly had roaches and bugs. Gross.
