Where do we begin...<br>We visited three times prior to making a decision mainly due to the construction site and proximity to hospital and we were told that construction doesn't begin till 9am and will end by 5pm, M-F. The construction on Acoma starts before 7am and ends well after 6pm and if that's not enough, they drop off equipment after midnight. They also work 6 days a week. We were also informed we are in a siren free zone, not so. And, to top it all off, there is '3 feet of dead space between every apartment in every direction.' You can hear all movements in every direction...Alarm clocks, barking dogs, when someone is in the shower, washing clothes and so on and so on and so on. So, we asked, may we move apartments. After our calling management several times, we were informed not until 6 months and we have to pay back our concession. What concession? This place costs a ton and for ------ management that works for us but acts as though we are priviledged to be in their presence. Do not judge a book by its cover or by what the leasing staff says because it is anything but true. Good luck if you choose this place because it is bad, bad and worse. We will not even speak of how prompt the maintenance team is, or shall we say competent? No. The only good thing about this place is there's a light at the end of the 12 month tunnel.
