Place is a total pig pen. It has been weeks since the floors have been cleaned. Oil and spilled coffee on all levels and all floors. Really surprising even on he third floor where the model unit is. It is horrific. Can't wait until October when they raise my rent because you polished a turd. Horrible job painting. No ventilation when doing touch up. This ha become a dive low rent complex

      Staff is great, but just wish the carpet was clean and would like air conditioning in the exercise room, and my neighbor above me is unbearable... I love the location and the layout of my place. I would also like it if each unit could have assigned parking that you paid for but I still appreciate covered parking. I like this apartment because of the location from work and downtown. I also like that it's so close to kingsoopers and other restaurants and coffee. The only downside is how much my rent went up each time I renewed and I just wish I could of had new carpet or something... also I can't stand my neighbor above me and how loud they are and the complete lack of respect they show. I honestly can't live below them next year! I have complained about them and the staff was great trying to help, but at the end of the day some people just don't care about their neighbors...

        I love living at the District. It is clean and well maintained. Whenever I put in a work order, it is taken care of quickly and professionally. It is quiet and safe. It is a terrific location- nearly light rail and I-25. It is close to King Sooper, retail and the movie theater.

            I’ve loved living here at the District. Between the office management, maintenance team and everything else it’s been a very positive living experience. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and grocery stores make living here incredibly convenient.

              Mixed reviews. The maintenance staff is fabulous and professional. The front office staff is sometimes helpful and professional; sometimes not. The issue with this facility is primarily related to nuisance noise, and the lack of an effective formal documentation process to resolve the issues. From an architectural perspective, it is a stick-frame vs. concrete building; this accounts for the amplified nature of neighbors' noise. There is a complete lack of noise dampening materials between floors, or in between walls. These consistent noise issues - and the abject failure of the front office staff or corporate to creatively resolve and manage them - render the quality-of-life at the District very poor and indeed, often deeply troubling. This is why I cannot recommend the campus to any prospective renter.

                Very close to many stores and highway schools. Very clean to live. Nice people. But no kids play ground. I like noodles company and Omaha steak shop. Also there is nail salon called ivy nails. It’s very nice place. One more bad thing is highway noice is very terrible. Price is super high. Other of all community is the best.

                    Apartment is overall low noise given the location. Appliance layout in kitchen is very very poor, stove difficult to open due to being sooo close to door frame, microwave scrapes drywall onto stove top every time opened due to being poorly mounted too close to the wall. Management has had the worst handling of community or resident issues I have ever had and with repeat requests your treated as a “problem” resident not the person or thing that is the issue. Management makes it VERY clear you rent from them and are essentially replaceable not important or worth treating with respect!

                      The staff is nice to your face. Don't count on them to hold up their end of any promises. Example: Coming home from out of town we had our State Patrol uniform delivered to the office from the dry cleaners and the office told us they would put the uniform in our apartment. Our friend, the trooper, needed to leave earlier than the office opened the next morning. When we got home, no uniform. Luckily found an after hours maintenance man to let us in the office to retrieve the uniform. Again, we spoke on the phone and they promised to do this one little favor for us. That pretty much sums up The District. My 'secure' storage unit in the basement was burglarized and I lost almost 2k worth of camping gear. It was covered by insurance so that's a wash, but I am writing this with a unit that STILL has a broken down wall from the burglars and I'm STILL paying full price for the unit on a monthly basis. The incident happened 3 months ago. I have emails from them where they have promised to rectify the situation asap.... nothing happens. They brand themselves as Luxury… See More>

                        My experience here is great. Everything that I need is near me within a 10 minute radius. However the only thing I will complain about is how I pay for parking every month for the garage when I don’t even get to park in the garage and have to go to the very top outside because there is no more available space. I mean if that is the case then might as well park outside the complex.

                            I just moved here two weeks ago and I must say the over all experience here so far is good but parking is horrible and having an upstairs neighbor is a nightmare !! The staff team is good and friendly the Maintenance men are awesome they respond quickly and are very friendly. The neighborhood is great easy access to freeways and shopping, I don’t see much of my neighbors but the ones I have seen and met are nice.

                              People in office are not cooperative , their attitude toward other are not good , I suggest to change them. Also they have many mistakes in calculating the rent and other fees and many prople do not trust them , that is why i will not recommend this apartments to any of my friends

                                Great location, office staff not the best as I have had few minor mistakes on my lease. Get the top floor if you can, no noise. Also ask to remove led lighting from apartment, bulbs are terrible and will leave your living room looking like an interagation room

                                  Maintenance is great, however management is inconsistent with policing parking in the garage, and communication is not great when there are package overflows. Just last night we found a trailer hitch left in a parking spot in the garage. Trash room is always extremely dirty. What finally forced us to move, however, was the recent change in building color. All we can see outside our windows are gray walls and gray rocks, and barely any sun. Pretty blah to stare at all day considering one of us works from home.

                                    I really enjoy living at the District! It is well upkept and quiet. My neighbors are great and i have no real complaints about the apartment. The area is perfect and the shops/restaurants are terrific. I recommended this complex to my coworkers and they moved in few months later and they love it as well. Paying for parking isnt great but there are a lot of amenities.

                                        One bedroom layout is great, very large. Security is an issue here though as break-ins and there seem to be no observable security cameras anywhere around the community. Homeless population in the area is increasing and while walking our dog we have been harassed anywhere from 7:00am - 8:00pm. Maintenance is great and so are the leasing agents. outside of security becoming a paramount concern in the last few months I have nothing but good things to say about the District.

                                            Overall great value, spacious apartment! Hardly need heat in winter so well insulated. Maintenance has been great with light bulbs but not with an ongoing hot water issue. But I’ve had them out for microwave and disposal and they’ve been great.

                                              The District is a nice community, with some very good amenities available. The staff is nice, and seems genuinely interested in being attentive to tenant's needs. One of my favorite things is the proximity and access to freeways, shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. Also, there are a lot of great choices regarding floor plans and a variety of different types of units available.

                                                I loved the District. I lived here form 2012-2017 for a little over five years. I lived on the fourth floor. It was always clean and had upscale facilities such as the pool and the gym. It is within walking distance to the lightrail so you pay more for location plus I can't gush enough about having a movie theater in the backyard with the Regal 10. Maintenance was always prompt. The office staff always friendly and gave my dog treats if I ever stopped by the office. The upgrade to the package system was secure and never had any issues with the parking garage either. Honestly, the only reason I moved was because my girlfriend and I broke up so I couldn't afford it on my own. If it wasn't for that, I'd still be living at the District. It's the only apartment that I have stayed at that actually felt like home. I miss it there and would highly recommend it to any potential renters.

                                                  I have lived here 23 days and it has already been a headache. When my sister and I first looked at this place we asked very specific questions such as: What's the noise like, and most importantly, is there a top floor? We made it very clear that we were absolutely NOT interested in anything other than a top floor apartment. We were told by one of The District representatives named Whitney, (who doesn't work there anymore), that this is a quiet community and they don't tolerate noise. Most importantly, she told us that they did indeed have a top Dual Master available, but that they are very popular and go quickly, so the only way to ensure that we got it was to apply that SAME NIGHT. So we did. We were suckered into applying for and reserving an apartment that we didn't know was on the 3rd floor until move in day and we had already given our notice to vacate to the other place. on top of that, our upstairs neighbor is extremely noisy, in fact on the first day, the assistant manager went upstairs to ask her to stop the stomping especially since she was standing… See More>
