This place needs MAJOR changes to get anywhere near the "luxury" moniker it uses to describe itself. The security, cleanliness, landscaping, customer service, and management at this place have all deteriorated with the new ownership and departure of previous staff. Despite this being a comparably new, nice looking place, the community manager and current Henry employees have made this an undesirable place to live. The Henry and the residents deserve so much better than this. If you choose to live here, considering my experience, I would suggest lowering your expectations for what services an apartment provides: Don't expect your vehicles, packages, bikes, storage units, or anything else to be safe here. Don't expect doors to latch properly behind you, and don't expect them to be fixed. Don't expect the garage doors to close properly. Don't expect security to show up quickly when you call. Don't expect common areas, amenities, hallways, stairwells, the garage, or elevator lobbies to be cleaned regularly--or, in some cases, cleaned at all. Don't expect landscaping to properly maintain the grounds or groundskeepers to properly address the snow on the sidewalks around the building. Don't expect the trash chutes to be useable when you enter the trash room. Don't expect the staff to notify you when they receive packages for you. Don't expect timely responses to your calls, emails, or face to face interactions. Don't expect anyone on staff to take criticism without becoming defensive and making excuses and/or blaming the residents. Do not, under any circumstances, expect the community manager to take accountability, responsibility, or ownership for ANYTHING that happens in the community. None of these things are common here. Unfortunately, no matter who you try to reach out to in the apartment or with Greystar to discuss these ongoing concerns, you get forwarded right back to the community manager who will tell you she's "disheartened" about your feedback while continuing to do nothing to address it. Don't be surprised, if you choose to live here, when she lies to you just to get you to leave her alone or get you out of her office. From what I've seen, the next time she does anything that benefits the apartment will be the first time. These apartments are not anywhere close to worth the money, and there are much better options in Denver. I can't recommend living here, and I have zero belief that things will improve under current management. Good luck with your apartment search!

    The Henry used to be great, but it has declined drastically under new ownership. I will not be renewing without massive changes to the staff and community, but I don't recommend living here. Under new ownership: There have been no improvements made. The (previously appealing) landscaping has been mostly destroyed. The cleanliness of the community has declined significantly. The vast majority of the leasing, maintenance, and grounds staff has been replaced -- with a negative impact on residents.
