Live elsewhere. Smoke and mirror show

I have lived here since May of 2022 and honestly since the time I moved in it has gone drastically downhill. The Henry sells a lot, but delivers on almost nothing. For $2,500 a month for a one bedroom, you can live downtown with amenities that actually work and grounds that are actually maintained. You are lucky if the hot tub here is operational, if even warm a quarter of the year. It is normally broken or waiting on a “part”. Security is questionable at best with doors being left open whenever and wherever and alcohol/blood stains on the ground to be expected. This is a “luxury apartment” that is full of smoke and mirrors. The ceiling in the garage has been falling out for months, with no repair. The dog park is full of sharp metal pieces and tarp coming up underneath the gravel (the same gravel they’ve been saying they would add more of to cover it up for months) so be wary when taking your dogs out in the dog park. Looking for dog poop bags? There are hardly ever any stocked and if you do find one the garbage bins are overflowing with dog poop. Oh, and then they will fine you a fee for not picking up your dog poop even though there’s no bags in the receptacles. Don’t try and talk to anyone in the office, they will tell you they are working on it (fill in the blank for your issue) and then nothing will ever get done. Try asking for their bosses information/superiors card and they will tell you they can’t give that information out. Have a maintenance issue? Good luck. My walls have been literally cracking for months and every day there’s a new crack. What did the general manager tell me? The building is settling and cracks are normal. My window cracked and it took three months to repair. The choice is yours, but for $2,500, The Henry should be delivering a much better product than the smoke and mirror show it actually is.
