The WORST apartment among the high cost ones. Especially there is a lack of committed responsiveness of the management team/staff to the emergency situation. 2 out of 4 elevators are now finally back, but each time we have to call the concierge to call the elevator to come, but the response is always extremely slow and we have to always wait for 10-20 minutes. Staff at the concierge are always chatting and cannot see their seriousness for serving the residents. If you pay the same costs, you can have better living at other apartments, but not at the Quincy, which is THE worst. The first year, inside was kept clean, but from the second year, the cleanness has gone and also some residents do drug smoking. Worst environment, too.

We’d like to invite you to come talk to us, we care about all our residents and want to do everything possible to improve your experience. As you mentioned, we recently experienced an emergency situation, an act of vandalism by a pair of individuals who accessed a publicly serviceable stairwell that was built to fire code regulations. These individuals accessed a fire suppression system, causing damage in a stack of units. We understand your frustrations and realize the inconvenience that this has caused, especially regarding the elevators. We apologize for any delays you may have had. The third residential elevator has just been put up and running, and we are hopeful that this will decrease wait times. We are currently working on getting the fourth elevator up and anticipate this to decrease wait times as well. Serving our residents during this challenging time is our number one priority, and it concerns us that you felt our staff was not serious about serving our residents. We are truly sorry and would appreciate more details on what you experienced. We strive to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and smoking is 100% against our policy, so please reach out to us if you see any messes or smell any smoke. We have a 24/7 security team in place and can address these issues right away. We would appreciate a conversation in person, so we can further discuss. You are welcome in the leasing office anytime!
