We've had a rodent and roach problem for over a year now. One weekend we caught 17 mice. Management, has completely mishandled the situation. We have brought this issue to her and managements attention for over a year now. It's disgusting you can hear them eating away at the cabinets and our food in the pantry. There are droppings all over the apartment. And the no matter how many times you clean you can still smell their urine. It smells like a hamster cage. No human should have to pay to live in these conditions. If you do take a gamble to live here stay away from Building M. The groundskeepers have mentioned that this building is the worst, every issue from pest, electrical, water, heating. Stay away from Avery Park. Worst place to live in Englewood/Centennial
Update: 2 weeks ago we informed management that the mouse and roach problem was still an ongoing issue. Jennifer informed my husband that 1/16/17 an exterminator would be onsite at 9:30am. NO CALL NO SHOW! We still have not heard from management on why no one showed up or when someone will. And of course NO APOLOGIES. This is the way they have been handling the situation for over a year. No communication and if something goes wrong, it's always someone else's fault. They will promise you a gift card for the inconvenience but NEVER deliver on their promises. The rent keeps raising but the quality of living on this property keeps decreasing.
An other issue on this property is the dog poop. Everywhere!! Right by our bedroom windows and patio, it's awesome in the warmer months, you get a nice breeze of hot poop. Also beware many dog owners let their dogs off leash. Our dog has been attacked 3 times by dogs running off leash.
If you do want to take your chance because there is a great school district, and it's close to shopping and the highway. Stay away from Building M
