Good Morning Verified Resident 577591, I am sorry to hear that we fell short in meeting your expectations in this matter. Our service team visited your home no less than 5 times (I even visited once as well) and we were not able to replicate the issue you were stating. Even with that, we replaced your refrigerator with a brand new one, that GE serviced 3 times, per your request. Between the Elevate Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technician, and three trips from GE certified technicians, no issues whatsoever were discovered. The comments you were given, were read directly off of the service tickets notes from the GE technician (provided to you). Your maintenance requests were certainly not ignored, and were attended to promptly. We have not had issues with our other GE refrigerators, but hopefully now that you have a second brand new fridge in your home, this one will be up to your expectations. We do keep our pool at cooler temperatures in the winter time, but the spa is fully functional and open, we have not closed this feature. In regards to the utilities, it is common to find that common area gas and electricity will be billed back to residents. If you check with communities in our area, this is very common and not at all unique to our community. It will be a rare event to find a community where you are not billed for common area gas and/or electricity. If you have concerns regarding parking, we do have plenty of garage spaces available!
