SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience as great customer service is our number one goal. Our residents are not required to wear a face mask in the pool. It is highly suggested if you are lounging by the pool to wear one. Thank you for making the time to post a review of our community. While I can't speak for most of your review since it was prior to our management company taking over and I don't know what the previous management company communicated with you, as you know we've had three different vendors in addition to our maintenance team look at your door and each have found no issue. It's disappointing to hear you are unhappy. I'd love to discuss ways in which we can change your mind.
