Staff had always been helpful in the office and for maintenance. I had the biggest 2 bedroom. Had a lot of space and a nice tub. Kept to myself and never really heard neighbors or noise. They do breakfast sometimes which was cool.

The electric that you pay to Mesa Ridge is the $12.00 common area electric, and what you pay to Fountain Utilities is your personal electric usage in your apartment. Dear Rentingarmywife2013: All our employees strive to make your living experience pleasant; we are sorry to hear that we did not meet that expectation for you and your husband. As with any new building, whether it be a home or an apartment, there may be items needing attention. A punch inspection is completed before move in but until the first renter lives there, we may not know that some items are not operating correctly. I reserached your service requests and it appears they were completed the same day submitted. Our goal is to complete every service request within 24 hours. As with any PCS or ETS orders, notice to vacate must be given in writing on or before the first of the month or rent must be paid through the next full rent cycle per the SCRA Guidelines. If a soldier has TDY orders or receives base housing, these two events do not qualify through the SCRA guidelines to terminate the lease. We work closely with the housing offices to be sure we are in compliance. It appears the military orders were submitted on or before move out, therefore, your account did not incur any lease break penalities. This community has many pets and is pet friendly but we do have years of experience working with pets and know that animals under one year of age do cause more damage or have accidents while potty training. This is made clear in the Rental Rate sheet you receive when you tour the property as well as on the website. It is always the choice of a resident whether they want to bring a puppy into their home. Service animals do not require pet deposits but require certain certificates to be placed on file to meet this criteria and are held to the same damage guidelines as pets. As always, our staff is available to meet with you to discuss this further.
