Just, don't move here, or any of their properties. Don't say we didn't warn you. Here's a laundry list of things wrong: No hot tub No pool No propane in the tank Nobody picks up after their dog in the tiny poop area No security No cameras No guards Elevators frequently get stuck, with the doors open or closed Elevator floor lights and numbers are missing They put out hand soap stations which have been vandalized after they were left empty for several weeks Washers have had POOP/feces in them Dogs poop in front of the exit doors, and nobody picks it up The leasing office and club house are closed to the public and our own community - because the management company uses this for their PERSONAL space, bringing their children and dogs over, while they ignore the residents' complaints and literally block out the visual signs of decay for this property. *For example: Trash dumpsters are frequently in the middle of the parking lot The exterior doors are LITERALLY off the hinges - completely disconnected from the wall Other doors can simply be pushed open Homeless people do drugs in the stairwell Homeless people sleep in the stairwells Homeless people sleep in the gym Packages are stolen and ripped apart as if by savages, who then leave the packaging all over the halls and stairwell Drug dealers live(d) there - SWAT teams came to bust them The fences are torn apart, possibly by the homeless people who sleep behind the garages and hang their laundry to dry there. . .. ... There's SO MUCH I can say about Helix and presumably all of the properties managed by Local by Laramar. Helix fell apart completely when they took over. This place is run down, neglected, and literally open to the public if they need a place to do drugs or sleep it off. ... .. . Oh and if the management company says they're doing something to better the community, they are not! Over 120 residents here and I know the management company has received a plethora of complaints. They only agreed to do the doors because they were cited by the city council. And even still, they take their time.
