I am sorry for my late response. Thank you for letting us know about your issue with the parking. We will be conducting our semi-annual VIEU inspections towards the end of January. We will include an inspection of the garages in order to address residents who are utilizing their garages for storage instead of parking. Unfortunately I cannot remove any handicap spaces. The county regulates the number of handicap spaces we are required to provide. Please give me a call or stop by my office if you have any questions or additional concerns.
