Its a very quiet community with very friendly residents. The maintenance team is amazing and all requests are handled within 24 hours of a request being submitted. We have never had an issue with parking and the assigned garage is huge with ample room to park a car and use for some storage. Its an older complex, so everything is not shiny and new, but it is still comfortable living.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Anytime there is an issue, it is resolved quickly and effectively. I feel that information is relayed quickly and efficiently. Manny is always so helpful and helps fix whatever needs to be fixed. Everyone waves when passing them inside e community.
