This review is written out of complete gratification and thanks in regards to my experience at Luna Bella apartments and I received no incentive to write this. I have lived in five different apartments across three different states over the last four years, and when I say that Luna Bella is by far the best experience my wife and I have had, I truly mean it. For those of you who are considering moving into Luna Bella, let me list out exactly why it's worth it, and what has made my experience here incredible. The staff here are truly amazing. My wife and I had to move during COVID-19, and I can't say enough how accommodating and helpful they were during all of it. They answered every question promptly and went above and beyond to welcome us to the community. We also had an issue with a neighboring complex regarding parking that proved to be quite stressful. As soon as we informed the Luna Bella staff of what happened they took swift action to handle and remedy the situation for us. This was not something they had to do, but rather, chose to do because they actually care about the well-being of their residents, which is not something I can say about any other apartment community I have lived in. The property itself is gorgeous, and conveniently located only a few minutes from Old Town Lafayette, and a quick drive to either Denver or Boulder. You also have direct access to Coal Creek Trail at the back of the complex. They often invite food trucks to the community so it's really nice to be able to walk right over to the office and get great food to go! Another nod to the great staff, they really stay on top of keeping the property maintained. The office, pool, fitness , and bbq areas are always impeccably clean. There are plenty of dog bag stations so I've never had a problem with people not cleaning up after their dogs. They also strongly enforce the no-smoking policy, which my wife and I greatly appreciate as there are not cigarette buts lying around. The apartments themselves are very nice, and have a very large amount of storage space. We have one of the larger two-bedroom units with two dogs and feel that we have plenty of space. One of our favorite perks is that this complex allows you to have a grill on your patio within certain rules that they provide. The only cons that we have encountered would be that the mailing addresses can be confusing for UPS and FedEx. The other thing would be parking. There is not a lack of spaces, and there is plenty of street parking, but it can be difficult to find a spot right next to your building depending on where you live. For us, it's not that big of a deal to park 30 seconds away and walk over. The parking lots are regulated so your vehicle does need to be registered, but it's not permit parking so you can park anywhere you like, and there is no fee for it. You can choose to rent a garage if you feel the need. Some people have mentioned sound issues with their units in terms of hearing their neighbors, but we have not had a single experience with that so far. So, in summation, this is a beautiful property with the best staff around who actually care about creating a fantastic place to live. I encourage you to reach out to them and experience for yourself what Luna Bella has to offer!
