Cottonwood Creek has been the best apartments I've lived in. I've been to multiple complexes around Littleton and I've had problems at each one. Cottonwood Creek has always been helpful with anything I need. Whenever I have questions or requests, I'm answered immediately or within an hour. Maintenance has always fixed things and gone over and beyond what was required for the maintenance request. I've never even had problems really with neighbors because the one time I did, I talked to the office and it was taken care of within a day. I honestly appreciate how friendly and helpful this apartment complex is and I'll be here for as long as needed before I can afford a home.
