Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We know that parking here can get challenging and that is why we have hired ParkM to monitor any vehicles that are not registered or are parked incorrectly. Your vehicle was towed due it being parked on our buildings rock/sidewalk which is not a designated space. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Your feedback helps us improve our community and our customer service. I apologize that you have not had an exceptional living experience at HiLine. Being located next to the highway is very convenient for commuting in the Denver Metro area, but unfortunately large semi trucks can make noise from time to time. Our community participates in Valet Waste in an effort to keep our community clean of waste and pests. We keep the dumpsters locked in order to avoid large furniture items and loose trash being placed around the dumpster. Our valet service picks up trash 5 nights a week, but if at any time you need to access the dumpster, please give our office a call and we will be happy to unlock it for you. If you are having any issues with the valet service itself, please contact me directly at [email protected] so we can address the issue right away. While the bathroom may not have many drawers, you should have a couple of large cabinets and linen closet to utilize for storage. You may also add shelves for additional storage. If you need any help with the installation, our maintenance would be happy to assist you. We want you to be able to enjoy every aspect of your home! We understand the frustration with the rescheduling of preventative maintenance, and have since worked with our t eam to ensure that all supplies are in stock before we schedule to enter your home. As you already know, our parking can be limited, which is why we have ParkM monitoring our parking lot and towing any unauthorized vehicles. We work hard to provide fantastic service to everyone, so it's discouraging to hear the feedback on your experience . Since we have recently implemented the new parking monitoring service, ParkM, we have seen a significant improvement in the number of spaces available after 6 pm at our community. We understand how frustrating the parking situation has been and while we strive to provide adequate parking for our residents, we cannot a guarantee a space at all times. As I mentioned in our conversation yesterday, over the last few months we have been working closely with the City of Littleton, Douglas County and our ownership on possible solutions. Unfortunately there is no quick fix to the parking situation, but we strongly feel that the new policy with ParkM will be most effective for our community by strictly monitoring vehicle registration and ensuring that all parking spaces are being properly utilized, including garages and driveways. I understand that this change may upset some residents, but overall, it will help us clean up the parking issue we currently have and open up more spaces for residents. We truly have the best interest of our residents at heart and believe that the new policy will help facilitate a positive change in parking. In the meantime, I suggest that you clear our your garage so you are able to utilize it as your personal reserved parking space.
