      Hi there, I wanted to follow up with you personally so I could get your needs addressed, but since this review was left anonymously I could not. We certainly want to make sure all of our residents are taken care of and if you feel things are not being fixed as expected, please let me know so I can get it addressed for you. In regards to the water getting shut off, we have had to do this to make repairs in some buildings, but definitely not monthly or for even an entire day. If you're finding that your water is shut off this often please contact me as soon as possible so we can research and correct it. When you moved in back in November, the gates were not functioning at that time as we were still installing a new system. I am happy to report, and as you may know, the gates have been fully up and running for the past two weeks since we put them back into service. To close, at no time should you ever be feeling like your needs are not important. Our entire team works hard to ensure a great customer service experience for every resident. This review was left during a time when I was out of the office on vacation - if I missed your email when I returned, please come visit me or shoot over another email and I will gladly get back to you. I would also like to speak with you about the grounds areas you feel are not being addressed and the hallway situation. We do our absolute best to keep up on the breezeways and want to know about any areas that need some extra TLC. In regards to the water heater and mail situation - I would like to gather details about this from you.               Hi There, I would have liked to follow up with you personally to address any frustrations you may have, but because the review was left anonymously, I could not. Our parking lots are plowed when the snowfall level reaches 2" or higher - if there was a section of the community you would like for us to pay closer attention to, please let me know and I will be happy to address this with our landscapers who perform the plowing service for us. In regards to the repairs being made at the community, am I understanding that you are upset we are fixing things? The community was built in 2001 so over time things do need repaired and refreshed. I would like to speak with you if there are concerns with noise from neighbors, as well. Normally we do not have many complaints regarding this as we install an additional layer of insulation in the second and third floor homes to help alleviate noise. While I am saddened to hear your experience wasn't what you expected, I can assure you we do care and I that we perform credit and criminal checks on all persons interested in calling us home. The mailboxes are not broken into daily and I am happy to share they have finally been released from backorder and will be replaced shortly. I am also happy to share we have a fully-staffed maintenance team and our new groundskeeper is doing a great job keeping the common areas cleaned up. Like most apartment communities, we do ask that residents pay for their utility usage - are these the fees you are referencing? If you feel you are being charged incorrectly please come see in the leasing office and we'll be more than happy to speak with you. Regarding the pool - unfortunately we are required to close the pool after regular hours until we can get the fob system up and working for the gates. I want to take a moment to respond to some of the items you mentioned above. Parking did get tight for our community when construction started on the North side. Unfortunately we did not have control over the work taking place and realize losing so many parking spaces has been tough on our residents. We have been doing our best to control the parking through our tow company by removing inoperable and abandoned vehicles - if there are any that we may be missing please let us know and we will get notices placed on them immediately. Regarding the mail, we are equally frustrated. We manage it the best we can as delivery drivers are leaving packages wherever they see fit. However, we have a new service coming to the community to help manage this and will be letting the residents know about it soon! As far as your troubles getting a hold of us - when our phones ring and people visit the office, we do our best to get to everyone. I see you left this review during the first week of the month, when our office is the busiest. If you aren't able to get a hold of us, please feel free to stop by the office or leave a message for us to return your call. We are here to help and want everyone feeling like we are available. I understand previously you were not able to get a hold of someone to discuss your concerns; as the new Community Manager one of my biggest focuses is making sure our residents' concerns are getting addressed.                                                   A: The upgraded apartments are very nice. The cost is based on what the going rates in the community are. I do wish they were somewhat cheaper in price. But for what you get in an apartment is better than some others I have seen!
