      This is a nice community that is poorly managed. The private equity investors have dragged down this complex in the name of profits. Everything is done the cheapest way possible. I intend to move somewhere nicer when my lease expires.

        Maintenance response was one of the quality/ talking point about Bell but not any more. Response time has become a negative. Maintenance work is excellent once one can get a response. I listed problem ares in an other part of the survey.

          Experience is satisfactory. Living here i feel safe , and enjoy the amenities provided. I enjoy everything (mall, grocery) is within walking distance. Maintenance is always on top of things and provide friendly service

Our maintenance team has been working very hard to get to our residents request, dealing with delay in parts, appliances etc. We have weekly contacts with our valet trash company to keep improving the process of picking up residents trash.                   The facilities are clean and good. The neighbors are nice and the atmosphere is good. I am loving this place. However, I like the swimming pool here, but I am very sorry that I cannot use the main pool.

                    Everything is great but maintenance takes a very long time to address requests. We have had 3 requests so far and average follow up is 3 weeks which I do not think is acceptable for how much we pay to live here.

                                                    Q:Ā How does a tenant get a "reserved parking" sign and spot? I thought there was only handicap spots for those who have legit handicap permits and $8 mn parking permit? I saw a parking sign that says "reserved parking" and is a sign you can buy on Amazon or any hardware store. How does one get one and how much does it cost?
