This is a nice community that is poorly managed. The private equity investors have dragged down this complex in the name of profits. Everything is done the cheapest way possible. I intend to move somewhere nicer when my lease expires.

Maintenance response was one of the quality/ talking point about Bell but not any more. Response time has become a negative. Maintenance work is excellent once one can get a response. I listed problem ares in an other part of the survey.

Experience is satisfactory. Living here i feel safe , and enjoy the amenities provided. I enjoy everything (mall, grocery) is within walking distance. Maintenance is always on top of things and provide friendly service

The staff at Bell Flatirons is exceptional! The Maintenance team knocks it out of the park daily! The accounting team always listens and does their best to help when you have a concern. I love living here!

The facilities are clean and good. The neighbors are nice and the atmosphere is good. I am loving this place. However, I like the swimming pool here, but I am very sorry that I cannot use the main pool.

Everything is great but maintenance takes a very long time to address requests. We have had 3 requests so far and average follow up is 3 weeks which I do not think is acceptable for how much we pay to live here.

Bell Flatirons is a beautiful community in a beautiful city. The surrounding open spaces and closeness to the mountains is a big attraction. The people here and in the town of Superior are super friendly!

We are having very poor experiences since we have been resident at Bell Flatirons.. managements is very poor.. would not recommend to live in this community..hard to find house for guests.. very costly

The maintenance takes over a week to get to the apartment for any request made. The last request was not performed properly. We feel unsafe as our neighbors car was just stolen from the property and our front door doesnt shut properly.
