The good: Maintenance personnel is very professional and helpful. They respond very quickly to issues. While very dated and old, the apartment I live in is pretty nice.
The bad: Office personnel rarely answers the phone. Your best bet for a response is an email, however, don't expect any resolution to your problem. Parking is a complete nightmare. There are commercial vehicles that never seem to go anywhere parked right up front. A motorcycle with no plate, a car with a flat that hasn't moved since we moved in in February. Meanwhile, there are 2 person households with 3 vehicles. People from the building next door (including the manager) parks in front of our building, leaving me to park in their lot when I get home from work at 1am. Also, water is shared so if you live in a building with lots of kids and larger families, expect to pay for it. Also, sprinklers run even when it's raining.
I liked this place when I first moved in, not so much now. It's starting to look ------.
