Dear Resident, Thank you for taking time to provide SkyView a review, as we appreciate your feedback. Although, we send out occasional reminders to our pet owners, we have recently had to remind our residents that each offense of not picking up pet waste will result in a $50 fine per incident. My maintenance crew has reported a recent improvement in this matter, so I hope you begin noticing the improvement as well. We are glad that other than that you are happy with your home. I would agree we have a phenomenal maintenance team that is always ready and willing to help complete requests in a very timely manner. Thank you for taking your valuable time to share your experience with your new home! I am happy that Dan and David were able to take of the items that arose in a timely fashion. It is always our desire to have our residents move-in be smooth and pleasant and I apologize that you experienced a few oversights. Our apartments are being newly renovated by contractors and I now personally inspect each apartment with my maintenance team to try to minimize any oversights. We are so happy to have you as part of our SkyView family and are happy to hear you are enjoying your new home and community! He has an eye for detail and a "Get It Done" attitude! We are also very excited that we have our Resort Style Pool and 24 hour Fitness Center that each of our residents and their guests can enjoy.
