I love the location of the apartment complex and we've had decent, quiet neighbors. I'm disappointed with the "cutting corners" of our own apartment. We've filled out numerous maintenance requests because thing weren't fixed properly the first time. Specifically, the electric done in our unit. We cannot have our toaster and keurig running at the same time or it flips the breaker in the kitchen, making all appliances, including the fridge, go out. Sometimes without running any appliance, the breaker will still flip and we don't notice until that morning and our fridge has been out all night. We've sent maintenance requests and they're response was to clean the coils of the fridge and don't plug stuff in at the same time...gee, thanks. The carpet must have been "coated" when we moved in because nasty, dark spots are revealed more and more each time I vacuum. The plumbing is easily clogged - we've gone through about 4-5 bottles of Drano. I guess you get what you paid for.
