Property crime was through the roof. Administrative staff was not helpful, not courteous, not polite, and non-responsive. Maintenance staff was above average. If you can find any place nearby to live other than this place, I suggest you do it.

Terrible experience in my two plus years of living here. Management company is completely unable to deal with residents. Grounds have deteriorated (graffiti appearing on buildings). This is a place that you should avoid!

One option would be to call the courtesy patrol, if you hear the sound after 10pm and before 7am. They will come to your apartment and document what you are hearing which will provide us a better legal documentation of the situation. Let us know which apartment you live in, and we would be happy to inspect your carpet to see what needs to be done. We are very excited about the parking permit plan.
