Office staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable! The amenities make up for the price and in my opinion keeps the riff raff out of our community. I love it here and recommend this place to anyone.

            Complex needs more dog poop bag stations. There are only two and lazy people don't walk to get a poop bag and go back to pick up dog poop. People under 25 shouldn't be allowed to have dogs in the complex.

With new construction, there always are a few things that might get missed, if there is anything still pending in your apartment home, please let me know and we will get that taken care of for you!! I love the gym as well and the classes, I have taken advantage of a few myself!!                                           More grass areas would be nice, less rocks. Expensive, especially to renew lease. Upstairs neighbors are VERY loud. Heated outdoor year round pool is nice. Gym is nice. Nice option to have attached or unattached garage.

                                                  Designed for young adults, Being next to pool creates serious noise problems especially after pool is closed. It is up to residents to call police. Management will do nothing. people have been in pool and hot tub until 3:30am with no consiquences.

                                                    What we have done to try to eliminate people at the pool is that we put a restriction on residents fobs after 10 PM. If a resident is hopping a fence or staying in the pool area past 10 PM, then we will be unaware as we are not open those hours. I know that it is not your job to call the police, but resort to this as it may be disturbing you, but if you do, I will get names from the officer and send them a violation and with repeated actions, would be removed from living here at Arvada Station. In addition to this, if you call me or the office the next morning, we can look at our cameras to the night before and see if we recognize them. We want to do everything we can to fix this, so please call me next day or stop in office. Thank you so much! Suzanne trujillo Property Manager
