I like how dog friendly it is but find many of the dog owners are too lazy to pick up after their dogs. It's going to smell awful come Spring. We were here for a bit and never heard upstairs neighbors and as soon as we renewed our lease we started hearing our VERY loud neighbors. We're trying to figure out if they're playing interactive games in boots and heals. They start early in the morning and can be heard into the night. It's rediculous! We're not sure how to handle the situation since we don't want to make them mad and they retaliate and make us more miserable. They claim to have cleaned carpets before we moved in, but spots, big stain, and burn marks are all over the carpet. They're finally implementing a parking pass program, so hopefully that helps the current issue of finding a parking spot after 5pm. I recommend requesting an apartment far away from the train tracks. Occasionally on a weekend you may be rudely awakened by a train horn. Maintenance is a bit slow but friendly and they get the job done. Front office has been friendly and helpful. Location is good and eventually (hopefully this Spring) the train station will be opening up right next door.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your upstairs neighbors. We would love to be able to help you address this issue as discreetly as possible. One option would be to call the courtesy patrol, if you hear the sound after 10pm and before 7am. They will come to your apartment and document what you are hearing which will provide us a better legal documentation of the situation. Let us know which apartment you live in, and we would be happy to inspect your carpet to see what needs to be done. We are very excited about the parking permit plan. We hope that it will alleviate all of the parking congestion caused from non-residents. We look forward to working with you and helping address your concerns, as quickly as possible. Thanks again!
