I had a good experience living in Newgate Apartments in 2013-2015. Cynthia the manager was friendly and helpful when it came time to move out. Chris in the office is amazing and super friendly. He new my name and what apartment I was in from the first day and would always help with anything I needed. The trim on the buildings just got repainted and it looks really nice; the grounds were taken care of. There is a nice trail/bike path right behind the complex that is good for walks. The few times I had maintenance requests they were taken care of quickly. The location is also good, near the highway and right in between Denver and the mountains. Rent cost was competitive with other apartments in the area. Would definitely recommend these apartments for any one looking in this area.
