Everything about looking at the apartment here, filling out the application, and most communication was great. But BE CAREFUL, they will take your money if at all possible. Part of the rental application is paying half the damage deposit ($175), which should have alerted me to a problem immediately, as I had never heard of that before. But, they said if my application's not approved, I get it back. So, no problem right? WRONG. They have this fun little rule that you have 24 hrs after the application is approved to say no, and you can get that $175 back. HOWEVER, they failed to alert me to this rule. It's not in writing on any of the paperwork, it wasn't in the voice mail I got, and it wasn't in the email they sent either. So now, after not moving there and not signing a lease, they have $175 of my dollars because they didn't tell me about this rule. This is what I meant when I opened my review by saying they will take your money if at all possible. All in all, just be super super careful if you have any dealings with them. Be on the notice that they have rules they will not tell you, and then they will punish you for not doing what they didn't tell you to do.
