We've been here for six months now, and everything seems fine. We have had a handful of visitors since we've moved, and they have all commented on the spacious rooms, superior landscaping, and safe, friendly environment.

The girls in the leasing office are pleasant and helpful, and I am very grateful for their assistance.

Yes, sometimes we can hear our neighbors talking, but it is not entirely disruptive and only natural in an apartment setting.

Speaking of neighbors, those with whom I've interacted have been kind and pleasant. There are a lot of children in our building, and they have all been polite.

The laundry room has been quite convenient, as it is in our building. The area is well-lit and safe.

When it snows (which has been rare this season), the crew is out immediately, sanding and (if necessary) plowing.

The landscapping is gorgeous, and the many amenities (pool, clubhouse, fitness center, etc.) are well-maintained and always in order.

Whenever we have had a maintenance issue, the crew responded quickly and efficiently. They are always busy with something, but they will often take a moment from their hectic schedule to say hello or open a door.

We have only had a handful of small issues. For one thing, we cannot receive packages at the apartment anymore. Unfortunate, yes, but we can manage that. Also, we are not allowed to have dogs, a rule of which we are not fond.

In any case, I've read the complaints and fears of other tenants, but I think they must have the wrong apartment complex. The place in which we live is comfortable and just right for us. We are grateful to have found
