The Birch & the Summit are the most EXPENSIVE APARTMENTS IN FARMINGTON CONNECTICUT FOR SMALL APARTMENT. YOU PAY RENT, WATER, SEWER, TRASH SEPARATELY, LIABILITY INSURANCE, NON-REFUNDABLE FEES, PET RENT MONTHLY, PET DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE, MOVE IN FEE - NON- REFUNDABLE, THE FEES ARE ENDLESS. AT RENT RENEWAL THE RENT IS RAISED $ 200.00 DOLLARS AND THEN THE NEGOTIATION BEGINS. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW THE RAISE THE RENT MORE THAN THREE PERCENT....MOVE TO LAKEVIEW APARTMENTS IF YOU WANT MORE FOR YOUR MONEY - THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY LARGE AND THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES AND THEY DO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. YOU PAY RENT AND THAT IS IT...NO LYING YO YOUR FACE AND THEN ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE MISTY AND ANGELA'S TRUE COLORS COME OUT...THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY ALLOWING YOU TO LIVE HERE. IF YOU ARE A MINORITY...FORGET IT...YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE MOST FOR WATER, SEWER....PEOPLE LIE ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS SO EVERYONE ELSSE WILL PAY HIGHER FEES. THE FORMULA THEY USE FOR THE WATER BILL DOES NOT WORK. THEY COMBINE TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS WATER METERS AND BIIL 185 TENANTS COLLECTIVELY WHICH IS ILLEGAL. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE...YOU ARE RENTERS NOT BUYERS....BEST REGARDS....

We're very sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. Finally, utility costs are allocated according to the number of occupants and the size of the apartment.
