I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience here. Every apartment in our community is prepared for new residents in a standard and consistent way. It is our goal to provide the freshest, cleanest apartment in good working order for every resident that moves in. We are happy to address any maintenance needs that residents have, including painting the railing. Periodically, we are unable to do exterior in the winter or poor weather) although we would be happy to schedule it for a later time. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process.
