If it is all about $ money $, then there should be some customer service. There is NONE! They are VERY rude, no ? will be answered. The Manager, Rhonda, is BEYOND RUDE! Very snotty and if she doesn't like your question, she will tell you that you are rude. The pool is a nice touch. BUT it isn't even run by Merritt Station! A real estate company owns and runs it. Ridiculous rules, they might as well just not have a pool.
