Good Short Term Housing
I lived here for 6 months. After requesting maintenance, no one came to fix anything, ever. Air conditioning? No! In June, it was cooler outside than in our apartment. We asked them to fix our radiators, but they never showed. I had a package sent to my apartment, but since I was away at work from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, no one was available to pick up package. I got a slip to pick it up at the FedEx center, but when I went there, they said the secretary had picked it up already. Who does that? The walls were thin, they threatened to evict us due to numerous noise complaints that THEY DID NOT INFORM US OF. When they had problems with me and roommates, they went to our employer and "told on us." Good thing, we got most of our security deposit back, though we did get some bogus charges on there. Hint: the glasses they provide can be replaced from the Dollar Store up the road (though they charge us $5/cup). They stuck my roommate in a closet, and charged us for a 3BR when in fact it was a 2BR with a ´den.´ Nice way to earn an extra buck I suppose. They stress that they are keen on safety (it´s a gated community), they leave the gates OPEN from 9-5, conveniently the times when we were not in our homes. Please, come break into our apartments when we are not home!Share This Review
