Fantastic amenities. Most staff greet you with a smile. Maintenance team very accommodating and handle routine issues immediately. But once an issue is beyond a quick fix, management stops communicating. Landscaping that was promised takes months...yes, months. The televisions in the gym are occasionally and currently pixelated and frozen--this time for a full week. And if you alert one manager of a problem and then follow up with another days later, the second person without fail says, "I was unaware of the problem." One might assume they don't communicate with each other; I know they do, however, because last weekend management closed the rooftop to all residents so they could have a corporate party for themselves.
