horrific
Just moved out of the dungeon. Lived on the ground floor of the former mall, and there is almost nothing good to say about it - other than the unit was spacious. Otherwise: not a ray of sunlight, noisy neighbors, there was an attempted break-in next door, rodent problem, water-seepage problem whenever there is abundant rain or snow (**!!mold!!**), insufficient washer-driers for all the residents, etc. It's a depressing place, and management leaves much to be desired. When there was a break in, management never informed the residents, and when management decided to axe the fitness room (one of the featured amenities that presumably helped to account for the exorbitant rent), there was no advance notice nor any corresponding reduction in rent or membership fee offset at New Haven Fitness. This place was by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in.Share This Review
