Wonderful Experience
Everything about this apartment was what I had expected. Maintenance was available within 24 hours for small fixes, or immediately when we needed them. Working with Peter and Donna in the lease office was wonderful. The aparment was clean and had plentyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Apartment
You can't beat the price which includes heat and hot water and proximity to downtown. Also I love my view of the city. I do have two complaints, one is residents throwing cigarette butts and other small trash on the ground outside the front and backā¦Ā See More >dkearney42

Management lies
My stay in that place was ok until I needed a transfer to a 2 Bedroom apartment. I jumped through all the hoops. They said Yes and at the eleventh hour, they said no. So I found a better place. The heatā¦Ā See More >anonymous

DO NOT Rent Here
I strongly do not recommend living here. The management, I believe, is unprofessional and uninterested in addressing the issues of its residents. I actively warn you not to confuse a cleaned-up exterior with a good landlord or quality building (e.g., fake tiling, plastic bath, smellyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I'm living here and I like this place...
We did a major R&D before renting this place and found that this was the best deal in the entire downtown area. People who have complained about noise should actually compare with Temple Square or Taft etc.. Agreed that during weekends this place is filledā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ninth Square is Not All That!
We have lived at Ninth Square for years and have seen management and maintenance staff come and go. Quite a few of the office managers have been rude. My apartment consistently gets poor heat and limited hot water, especially on weekends. We'veā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great place to live!!
I loved living at Ninth Square....my apartment was clean, the perfect size, SAFE!!! I'd say the safety was the best part...cards to get in the building and out of the secured garage. Orange St. by Ninth Square is a lovely street with great restaurantsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Everything about this place sucked!!!
I have nothing nice to say about the six years that i was a tenant in the Chamerlain Building. The management definitely sucked and did not respect or care for the safety or well-being of the tenants. The rents were very expensive to live inā¦Ā See More >anonymous
