I definitely would say that Century Hills had some major positives and some major negatives. Positives would be the amenities, size, and location. My major issue with Century Hills was not the structure, but rather the people. During the year that I lived in the complex, I encountered many of my neighbors and found that most of them were unfriendly and unhelpful. On one instance, we had a billing discrepancy, which concluded to be Century Hills´ mistake. My pregnant wife contacted the billing department with concerns and was referred to the corporate attorney who was argumentative and threatening. She left the conversation in tears, when it was a fault they soon would admit. Moving in and out of the complex was an absolute disaster. Again, thanks to the helpful tenants using the service elevator because they were too lazy to walk to the main entrance. The icing on the cake happened when we moved out. A lamp, coffee table, and bag of baby clothes were stolen off our moving truck while in the process of moving. Sickening!
