I have lived here for over two years and have had a great experience. The building has undergone some management changes while I have been here, and I feel it is trending up. The maintenance staff is wonderful behind the scenes - they quickly take care of tickets and will contact you by phone to follow-up if you had questions or they need clarification on an issue. The concierge team is really fantastic too. Our lead Mike has personally assisted me with two packages the post office lost - facilitated the resolution directly with our postal carrier and provided updates to me along the way. He has also helped a parent with spare keys and issues while I was stuck at the office during their visit. This type of help goes above and beyond the job and really makes the difference to a busy professional who is barely at home, let alone to deal with these types of headaches. Sarah is also a shining star on the evening shift. Both are so warm and and welcoming, helpful and and know how to get you the help you need in the building quickly.
