Resident 2019 - 2021

8/16/2021

The Parc At Glenbrook has been in a downward spiral for the last 6 months. Major concerns I’ve had are as follows: Broken Parking Garage: While this is now fixed, the garage door was broken and left open for over a week. This caused multiple break-ins to cars in the P1 garage, including mine. There was no communication to residents following these incidents regarding these break-in’s to ensure residents were made aware and able to take appropriate action. Broken Intercom: This community feature has been broken for upwards of 3 months now. This has prevented residents from allowing their guests to enter the building. This has also pushed residents to prop doors open with rocks and umbrella holders found in the courtyard to ultimately allow their guests to come in. This leaves doors to the building open overnight and during the day. There has been absolutely no communication from the leasing office on the status of this repair and if/when it will be fixed. Service requests will be marked as complete but no attempts to resolve any issues will be made. The leasing office is very dismissive and talking to anyone in person is nearly impossible. That with a complete disregard to answer any emails in acceptable. Because of this and other concerns I am terminating my lease early due to the lack of the Parc at Glenbrook to maintain an adequate amount of safety within the building. If you are considering the Parc At Glenbrook as your next home, please look elsewhere. The last 6 months here have been beyond frustrating and stressful and I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.
