I moved here in 2014 and can offer a very honest review of the apartments and the building. The building is older but is well maintained. The rent does increase every year too. The first year it went up $50 a month and the second year it went up $40 a month. Moving is such a hassle that my roommate and I will most likely be here 2 more years. The gym here is very small, we both belong to LA fitness down the street. However, we rather the choice of having to pay for an amenity we may or may not use monthly. Our apartment has a washer and dryer, which is something my roommate and I decided was a "must have." It is on the top floor, gets great sunlight and our neighbors, though they come and go throughout the year, have always been nice. The bad about being on the top floor is it can get very warm in the summer. I think we have to run our AC more than lower apartments. As for the staff, they are always busy in the office center but they are always helpful.
We are content with living here and it allows us the opportunity to save for our own place one day.
