The place served its purpose for a year before we closed and settled on a house. They are conveniently located close to my office, highway, and train station. Although there were some issues with kids playing in the parking lot (visitors kids), asking them nicely and not screaming can go a long way. I never once felt threatened there and it was very safe at all times for us. Having the in-unit washer/dryers was a major plus as my workouts yielded lots of laundry. Yes there are people paying less than market rate prices, but that's not my issue. People need to stop complaining about that. If you don't want to be around people who can't afford full market rate, go live elsewhere. The majority of the residents I met are hard working people who are trying to make it by.
