I lived at Pine Hill for almost 4 years and finally moved out after the complex has gone down hill. When I first moved to Pine Hill it was wonderful. There were professional people that loved dogs and it was just a great community to be apart of. The landlord -Joanne was what made the complex a 5 star complex. You could reach her anytime and she ALWAYS responded to you and made sure that repairs were done. Even in the winter when it was snowing she would come to your door get your keys to move your car for you and have your parking spot plowed. In the summer she would be watering the plants and doing some of the work around the property herself. Those times have CHANGED. I had to constantly deal with my neighbors in the apartment next door coming in at random hours of the night blaring music up in to the wee hours of the morning, all the while I had to be up for work in a few hours. Dogs ---- became a usual to be seen in the grass, since no one felt there were any consequences for not picking up after their dog. Not to mention the new tenants that they have added to the community -rude, unfriendly, and not the type of tenants I signed up to share in my community. Over the past few months the complex started the feel disserted and the atmosphere completely different. Last month I moved out and now Pine Hill has a collection company harassing me, calling my parents house and leaving rude messages. Fact: I have a termination agreement. I guess I will be taking them to court. Do your self a favor and find a better complex that knows how to manage.
