My roommate and I have lived at Pine Hill for just about one year. We were not thrilled about living here because many maintenance requests were never resolved and just forgotten and when we followed up with the office people which are random secretaries, we were treated like we were bothering them or asking too much if we wanted hot water for more than 4 minutes to take both of our showers, but what really upset us and made us decide that we were leaving was when we received our renewal and our rent was raised $100 per month and them pressuring us everyday to sign it giving us very little time to check our options. As we looked at apartments online, we came across one of the many empty apartments at Pine Hill and the the townhouse above us that is bigger with a deck, brand new carpet was being advertised for the same exact price that we are paying for our small two bedroom one floor before the requested rent raise. I never paid too much attention to all of the complaining that people were doing about the new management, but now understand why so many people have left this place and there are so many apartments. I guess they are trying to jack the rents to make up the difference. Very unprofessional.
