I lived in Pine Hill for a year, and during my time there new management took over. I never had any issues with previous management, they were always very responsive and helpful when needed. But the new management is awful. They wouldn't respond to emails, even if I would follow up again. I am currently in the process of trying to get my security deposit back, and it's been over 30 days. They said it would go out the last week of the month, and I still haven't received it. I sent them an email to check in, and they never responded. Two days later, I sent another email unfortunately to threaten with CT State law and waiting to hear back. I put maintenance as 4 stars since the actual maintenance team on the grounds is extremely nice and helpful. But they don't make all of the decisions, it's the management team that is unresponsive. This place is not worth it. If you have an issue, they won't respond unless it helps them. Look elsewhere!
