Rooftop is sometime lovked unexpectedly. There have been times when I went up on a Sunday at 4pm to use the grill after buying food and noticed the elevator and doors outside were locked...not okay
Door on the 4th floor connecting the hallways was locked for a full weekend not allowing people to pass from one side of the building to the other
Purel dispensers in the garbage rooms have never been filled for over a year

We thank you for sharing your kind compliments with our team, but we are very sorry to hear of the concerns you've experienced while you've been a resident with us. We did limit access to the roof at one point in time for elevator repairs, and those repairs have since been completed, with no other reoccurring issues. We are also happy to report the door handle to the stairwell was repaired within hours of the issue being reported, and we are addressing the issue with the hand sanitizer machines.
