The Royce at Trumbull
Resident · 2009 - 2014
We lived in Eaves Trumbull for five years and recently moved out. The complex is nice inside, but sits on the Bridgeport line, making it seem out of place. The units are not very current as far as counters, appliances, and flooring. These are corporate landlords, so there is no flexibility if you pay the rent late. They will threaten "potential legal action" within days of non payment or partial payment. If you want to move out, settle where you are going two months before the end of the lease, as they require lease renewal and vacancy notices 60 days before. Don't bother trying to clean the place before you leave. The carpets will always get replaced no matter what they say and no cleaning service will be sufficient for their picuyne standards. Just do clean sweep. We were happy to leave, as the rent hikes were beyond our budget. You can rent a house for less than the rent at Eaves.
