Initially my wife and I were happy to be moving into a more quiet community. However, the excitement died down quickly. Things break/stop working a lot- we've put in over 20 work order requests in the past thirteen months. The walls are pretty thin- I often hear my neighbor snoring and the kid downstairs screaming frequently. Our biggest issue was not having hot water last winter and for a month and a half this fall because something was broken; maintenance would come but unfortunately it took five work orders until it got fixed. Last winter multiple apartments (including ours) flooded from the snow melting. Water ran down the walls created large brown water stains. The water made half the living room rug wet, causing the bottom of our new couch to rust in some places. Unfortunately our walls were just painted over in the springtime and the root of the problem wasn't fixed, so I'm sure the water leaking will happen again this year. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to live. Rent is too pricey for being right across the street from Bridgeport. There are always people walking in the complex who don't live there and it's only quiet depending on what building you're in.
